Established in 2007, Frenk Enterprises LLC initially catered to investors, REO realtors, and management companies. Throughout the years, we have honed our expertise in full rehabs and comprehensive updates.
As our commitment to excellence grew, we recognized the need for specialized services in smaller home improvements and commercial updates. This led to the establishment of Frenk Complete Remodeling, our subdivision dedicated to transforming spaces through meticulous attention to detail.
In 2016, we forged a partnership with Smartland Construction, embarking on a new chapter that encompassed high-end projects of various scopes. Our collaboration allowed us to tackle ambitious ventures, including additions, basement buildouts, kitchen and bath updates, restaurant and dental office buildouts, and pre-engineered metal buildings.
Building on our success and ever-expanding capabilities, we decided to chart an independent path in 2022. Frenk Construction was born from this evolution, ensuring the continuity of our growth in the same direction we had set out with our esteemed partners.
